As part of his training component at College of Law and earlier during his university studies, he travelled to Singapore frequently and assisted our Singapore branch BMS LAW LLC (Singapore). He was given the opportunity to attend and assist (as an intern) at various chamber applications heard before the High Court of Singapore.
From 1st July 2018, Jay practises as a barrister and solicitor at BMS LAW (Australia). He is admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia, Federal Courts and various State-level Courts.
As well as practising Australian Law, Jay is quite familiar with Singapore Laws as he has been assisting our Singapore branch with complex criminal and civil litigation matters since the time when he was still a law student intern.
